Meet the Team

  • Administrator

Kevin is originally from Oregon, but moved to Idaho in 1982. Kevin has a wonderful family, his wife Samantha, 2 kids and a yellow lab. He loves to be around his family. He looks forward to the fall when the college football season comes around and the family is over on the weekends to watch the Ducks or the Broncos. He has worked with Trinity since 2011, and has worked in the home care industry since 2002. He really enjoys working with people of all ages and all walks of life. He finds it so rewarding to know that at the end of the day our team has helped someone in need or left a positive imprint in the community. To work for Trinity Home Care has been very fulfilling, we have such a great team that goes above and beyond, and are very compassionate to anyone and everyone in need. "There is not a better feeling in the world than making a difference in the community, and building lasting relationships in the town I call home!"

  • Administrative Assistant

Carol joined the Trinity team in 2010 as a caregiver. As Trinity grew we asked her to join the office team.  Her knowledge of caregiving has been a huge asset for her office role!  Over the years Carol has worked in multiple settings that afforded her the opportunity to learn some invaluable skills. For 14 years Carol worked for a school district in California with children and in the school office. When Carol’s husband was diagnosed with Cancer, she left the school to care for him. While caring for her husband, she also ran a small house cleaning business. When her husband passed, Carol moved to Idaho and began putting her experiences and skills to use in the Home Care field. What Carol learned as a caregiver and spouse changed the way she viewed healthcare. It opened her eyes to suffering. To the reality that many live with, that it is a struggle for some to just get out of bed or even breathe. She wants to help her clients and their family because she knows how it feels to be in their place. Because of her experiences Carol has helped many families deal with illness and the dying process. She has taught classes to women on how to manage their lives after they lose their spouse.  Carol feels that to be a good caregiver you must be compassionate, caring, understanding, trusting, and loving.

“I love my job. I adore my clients, present and past. I want to make a difference in these peoples lives”

  • McCall Administrator

Edwina Espinosa joins our TEAM as the McCall Administrator. Edwina grew up in the beautiful community of McCall and graduated from McCall High School. Edwina is married and has 3 beautiful children. Edwina states, "I've been in the healthcare field for over 20 years. Overall, I love the constant love and compassion that I can give my client's or my patient's. My expectations are high, and foremost my client's are number one in my heart."

  • Human Resources & Operations Manager

I’ve worked with ABC for about 15 years, starting out as a part-time medical biller. As our kids grew up and our youngest graduated from high school, I transitioned to full-time work to stay active, maintain a routine, and continue contributing in a meaningful way. I truly enjoy working with people and find it incredibly rewarding to see them progress, regain their independence, and improve their health.

Outside of work, I enjoy mastering the art of sourdough bread baking, decorating cookies and cakes, volunteering in my community, and spending time outdoors. Hiking, biking, and camping are some of my favorite ways to connect with nature.

  • Human Resources

I am a proud mom of two energetic boys and wife to a talented, supportive husband. Family is the heart of my world, and everything I do is driven by the love and joy they bring into my life.

I’m passionate about creating a meaningful balance between work and home. Whether I’m out on an adventure with my boys, discovering a new restaurant, or enjoying a quiet night in with a good movie, I believe in living life with intention, love, and purpose.

My journey as a professional is rooted in reliability, compassion, and a strong work ethic. I bring that same dedication and energy into everything I do. I truly enjoy connecting with others, supporting families, and being part of a positive and productive environment.

  • Client Care Coordinator

I began my career in 2006 in Idaho’s hospitality industry, where I discovered my passion for connecting with people. After taking a short career break to spend meaningful time with my mother and her senior living community following the COVID-19 pandemic, I transitioned into the homecare industry. This deeply rewarding experience sparked a new chapter for me as a Care Coordinator in the healthcare field.

Supporting both children and adults as they navigate critical life transitions has been incredibly fulfilling. I’ve found my true calling in helping others — whether it’s offering guidance, care, or simply a listening ear. Every day brings a new opportunity to make a difference, and I approach each one with compassion, purpose, and gratitude.

  • On Call Client Care Coordinator

Angelica joined Trinity in 2011 dedicated to continue her work in caregiving with clients. She first began working in homecare in 1996 and years later obtained her CNA to expand her work in facilities. In 2020 she joined the Trinity office TEAM and took on the weekend on-call client care coordinator position. She greatly appreciated this new opportunity to work with the team and to support caregivers and clients in their care. She has continued to pursue her passion to work in caregiving for clients as well as with her own family members. Angelica grew up in the bay area with 11 siblings and parents who passed on their dedication and hard work in service to others. She values and holds close to her heart her time with her family and friends.
